Can a program I’ve recorded with DVR be transferred onto a disc?

Thanks to you, as well, MacZilla! I just wanted to see if there was a way to do it without having a DVD recorder first, since I don’t have one yet! I’ve been wanting to get one, though, so I guess there’s no time like the present! Haha!
